Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh is the founder and Managing Solicitor of the firm. He focuses  his practice on providing advice that is both insightful and comprehensive to highly regulated Companies, Banks, NBFC’s and individuals facing, or seeking to mitigate, major legal, reputational and business risks. Mr. Singh represents clients in complex civil, banking & commercial litigation, corporate compliance, including issues relative to White-Collar criminal defense & contract disputes and regulatory matters. In his years of experience he has drafted, filed and argued special leave petitions, writ petitions, transfer petitions etc. involving myriad issues of civil, criminal and commercial law. He also has extensive experience in Company Laws, Commercial and non- Commercial Arbitration and Family Law. He has been appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCLT&AT,  DRT&AT, National & State Commission and Districts & Session Courts of Delhi, NCR.
